How F3N uses enquiry information

F3N Limited uses the information you submit to understand your business enquiry and respond. The enquiry form asks for your consent before storing your message and contact details. Please include only information you are authorised to share, and avoid sensitive personal information or confidential client documents.

Enquiries and AI questions

Enquiries are stored in F3N's protected application storage on Microsoft Azure and are available to authorised operators. F3N uses Slack for enquiry alerts; these contain a reference, any indicative budget you supplied, and a link to the protected dashboard. The full message and contact details remain in the dashboard.

Questions submitted to the AI enquiry endpoint are processed by F3N's configured AI provider to generate a response. When you do not consent to storage, F3N's enquiry log retains operational information such as timing, response status, model usage and matched services, but omits your question, contact information and answer text. Hosting providers may also process technical connection information needed to operate the service.

Follow-up and control

We use enquiry details for follow-up and managing the resulting business relationship. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Contact andy@fifty3north.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask about storage and processing. Where records are needed for an ongoing engagement or legal obligation, we will explain any limits on deletion.

Cookies

We keep anonymous daily counts of public page requests, broad browser/bot categories and links from our Facebook or LinkedIn posts to understand which content leads to enquiries. These counts do not contain IP addresses, visitor identifiers or browsing profiles, and do not identify unique visitors.

If you choose to carry a conversation into the enquiry form, its context is temporarily held in your browser's session storage and removed when the form is opened. The form lets you review the details and choose whether to submit them.

The hosting service and administrator sign-in use cookies needed for routing and authentication. This release does not install advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
