We interview staff to understand where AI helps, what frustrates them and which tasks still consume their time. Alongside those conversations, we review agreed billing and expense records, relevant firewall logs and information about your tools and policies.
The assessment is read-only. We agree the scope and information needed at the outset, and make any gaps in the evidence clear in our findings.
